SPEED & C2 RESISTANCE CAMPS

Want to add 1 day a week of SPEED AND AGILITY to your schedule? These once-a-week options are a great introduction to the Acceleration RUNNING treadmill program and our new C2 resistance training system.

Training sessions will be broken down as follows:

30-minutes working on core activation, foot speed, agility and power with our C2 Bands
These bands are hooked to the wall and attach to your ankle, shin, hip and wrist. We overload your body while in motion.

30-minutes of incline running treadmill
Trainers correct sprinting flaws while each athlete is running at viable inclines and speed. As the incline goes up, so does the speed until we reach maximum output and top end.
