St. Croix Acceleration and Ethos Performance have joined forces to deliver a comprehensive developmental program for hockey players at the Pee Wee level and higher.

This program will improve overall athleticism by combining hockey specific strength and conditioning with Ethos Performance and the skill specific training available at the new St. Croix Acceleration facility in Hudson, WI.

Session Details
Each session will utilize research proven methods to maximize strength and power. All programs are designed to meet the specific needs of the individual and help them to achieve maximum potential in their off-season.

AGES: PeeWee & Older

SESSIONS: 28 – 4 Sessions Per Week

2 sessions at St Croix Acceleration, Hudson WI
2 sessions at Ethos Performance, Hudson WI

SESSION DETAILS: (12-15 athletes)

ETHOS Sessions

Session Length: 60 Minutes
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30am or 10:30am

  • Warm up
  • Speed work & neuro development
  • Strength workout
  • Cool-down and recovery


Session Length: 60 Minutes

  • Skating treadmill training (stride, power, conditioning)
  • Shooting, stick handling, scoring

Skating treadmill sessions need to be scheduled at St Croix Acceleration by calling the facility, or using the online schedule once registered and paid. Bring stick and gloves to each training session.


  • Pre-testing & Assessment: May 29-June 3
  • Week One: June 4 (4 sessions)
  • Week Two: June 11 (4 sessions)
  • Week Three: June 18 (4 sessions)
  • Week Three: June 25 (4 sessions)
  • Week Five: July 9 (4 sessions)
  • Week Six: July 16 (4 sessions)
  • Week Seven: July 23 (4 sessions)
  • Week Eight: July 30 (Make-up sessions)

Max Lifting Groups: 12-15 Athletes
